PeachyWorks ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website (peachyworks.club), how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
This website does not use accounts, cookies for tracking, or advertising tools. We only collect information you choose to send us:
- Email you send us: your email address, name (if included), and the contents of your message when you contact us or join the Peachy Habit waitlist at hello@peachyworks.club.
- Basic server logs: our hosting provider may automatically record technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, for security and reliability.
2. How we use it
- To reply to your questions and requests.
- To let you know when Peachy Habit is available for early access, if you joined the waitlist.
- To keep the website secure and working properly.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
3. Service providers
We use a small number of trusted providers to run this website and our email. They process data only on our behalf:
- Vercel Inc. (website hosting)
- Cloudflare, Inc. (domain, DNS, and email routing)
- Google LLC (email)
Some of these providers may store data outside South Korea, including in the United States.
4. How long we keep it
We keep your emails for as long as needed to respond to you. Waitlist emails are kept until Peachy Habit launches or until you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first. Server logs are kept according to our hosting provider's standard retention period.
5. Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to remove you from the waitlist. Just email hello@peachyworks.club and we will respond as soon as we can.
6. Peachy Habit app
Peachy Habit is currently in development. When it launches, it will come with its own privacy policy that explains what data the app uses and how, including how we use AI services to provide its features.
7. Children
This website is not directed to children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
8. Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
